Refund Policy

All parenting consultation sessions booked through Parenting Martens are paid in advance.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time. In this case, you may choose to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed appointments, are non-refundable, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.

Session Issues:
If a session cannot take place due to technical issues on my side, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
